Oliver Kelly is a Partner and heads the firm’s Southampton office, where he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, management buy-ins, buy-in management buyouts, private equity transactions, and venture capital trusts. He has contributed significantly to a wide variety of transactions, with a particular focus on the travel and leisure sector. His expertise spans a number of other sectors, including marine, transport, and logistics, financial services, technology, digital infrastructure, and electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. He has also been involved in other types of investments and fundraising, cross border transactions, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, demergers, shareholder agreements, and issues relating to company constitutions.
Oliver also offers clients advice in a number of commercial areas, including commercial contracts, IT and technology contracts, outsourcing supply of goods and/or services contracts, distribution agreements, and franchising.
