Nicholas Brown is a Parliamentary Agent and Consultant with over 40 years of experience in drafting, promoting, and opposing legislation in parliament, as well as delegated legislation.
Nicholas’s track record includes promoting infrastructure schemes across the UK, while acting as advocate at several inquiries and before parliamentary committees. He is also personally committed to many of our long-standing private clients, advising on non-contentious family and charity work including tax planning and trusteeships.
His significant expertise has gained him a position in the Ninth Edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom and the Best Lawyers Business Edition for Parliamentary Law in London. He is a member of The Law Society, the Society of Parliamentary Agents and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on the Environment, as well as the Compulsory Purchase Association and the NIPA.
