Natasha Davis advises on a variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, defamation and reputation management matters, and public law. Her experience spans breach of fiduciary duties, misuse of confidential information, breach of restrictive covenants, and general contractual disputes. She has also obtained and defended against a variety of High Court injunctions. Her advice on intellectual property disputes, defamation, and reputation management matters is valued by clients in the creative sector.

Natasha has worked on many major inquests, public inquiries, and investigations. She acted for St John Ambulance in the Hillsborough inquests. She was the deputy solicitor in the Westminster Bridge inquests, and the London Bridge and Borough Market inquests. She has also advised senior executives in public inquiries, including the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry.

Natasha was awarded Freedom of the City of London for her work in the Fishmongers’ Hall inquests. She is a member of the Law Society.
