Mominah Shafi

Mominah Shafi is a Case Manager in the new build team at the firm’s Reading office. She works closely with the team, which supports a range of house builder clients, offering end-to-end specialist advice on land acquisition, tax, infrastructure and planning, construction, and dispute resolution.

As a member of the team, Mominah contributes to a variety of work, from preparing legal documentation for new developments, to ensuring a smooth transition from site acquisition through setup, plot sales, and handover.

The team specialises in every stage of setting up a development, including advising on freehold, leasehold, and mixed-use sites, management companies, infrastructure agreements, shared ownership, and ground rent investor sales. They also offer knowledge and experience of market trends, including the challenges facing residential developers.
