Michael O’Brien

Michael O’Brien is a seasoned corporate advisor specializing in mergers, joint ventures, and private equity deals. His clients include strategic acquirers, financial sponsors, and institutional investors navigating transactions that range from growth capital investments to billion-dollar take-privates. With extensive expertise in the fintech and life sciences industries, Michael assists clients in structuring and closing transactions that align with long-term value creation.

Beyond transactional work, Michael routinely advises on corporate governance, securities regulation, and restructurings. His practice includes negotiating complex shareholder arrangements and representing both creditors and debtors in recapitalizations and distressed acquisitions.
