Marta is an experienced Senior Associate, advising developers, institutional investors and commercial property occupiers on a variety of property-related matters. Her expertise includes advising on the acquisition and sale of property, development work, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and secured lending.
Marta’s track record includes acting for a Long Income Fund in connection with the £32m acquisition of a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Her advisory work includes advising on property-related aspects of a £77.5m refinance of four business parks, and advising a local authority on the purchase of residential and employment land from a large property developer for a combined value of £6.6m, including the subsequent site set-up and sale of industrial and office units. She also acted for a large clothing retailer in connection with contested and non-contested lease renewals, regearing, and general property management.
