About
Ma-Adjoa Akwah is a Trainee Solicitor at the firm. This involves spending six months in different seats across four of the firm’s practice areas to build her legal knowledge and expertise.
As a trainee, Ma-Adjoa receives extensive legal and interpersonal skills training to enable her to continuously develop her knowledge and progress her career. As well as the mandatory Professional Skills Course (PSC), she also receives specific technical training in each seat. In addition, she has a number of opportunities to develop her personal skills, such as networking and communication, enabling her to develop into a high quality Solicitor.
Before joining Broadfield, Ma-Adjoa worked at a regulatory body advising on their Code of Conduct. She is a member of the Law Society.
