Lynsey McIntyre

Lynsey McIntyre is an experienced litigator with expertise in cross-border contentious trusts and estates and high value commercial and property disputes. She has acted for both private and public bodies in judicial review challenges, procurement claims, and regulatory proceedings, and works with corporate clients, trustees, and individuals to resolve disputes.

She offers practical advice to achieve the best, most cost-effective results, including adopting alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and expert determination. Her previous experience includes successfully intervening in high profile commercial court proceedings to protect a client’s commercially sensitive documents from being disclosed in public proceedings, and advising offshore trustees in varied litigation arising from invalid deeds of retirement and appointment of new trustees.
