Leah Houghton is an Associate in the Southampton corporate team, where she excels in all aspects of corporate advisory and transactional corporate work. Her practice includes private company M&A, private equity, debt financing, managements buyouts, and reorganisations. She also has experience assisting with employee incentive schemes such as EMI management and long-term incentive plans.
Leah has worked alongside a wide range of companies, from start-ups to established national groups.
