Laura Binnie is a Legal Director in the employment team, advising various clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has extensive experience of representation throughout employment tribunal proceedings, with a particular knowledge of disability discrimination cases.
Clients value her expertise and understanding across a range of strategic and day-to-day HR issues, including drafting contracts of employment, staff handbook policies, advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, whistleblowing, and family friendly rights. She also brings her experience to redundancy and restructuring processes, corporate support, and negotiating terminations of employment. In her contentious work, Laura acts for clients ranging from large national plcs and trades unions, to individuals.
