Kylie Wang

Kylie Wang’s practice focuses on establishing investment funds and advising on the legal structure, formation issues and regulatory aspects of a broad variety of private funds including venture capital, private equity and hedge funds. Kylie also advises on the downstream M&A and corporate projects associated with portfolio company investment and reorganization.

Kylie holds a J.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is fluent in English and Mandarin. Before joining Broadfield, she trained and practiced with the investment funds team at Sidley Austin LLP in Hong Kong.
