Katherine Forster is a highly experienced Partner specialising in international and domestic private client services. She advises clients on wealth planning, including domestic and offshore trusts, family investment companies, asset protection, tax planning, governance issues, as well as structures for wealth and business, and succession, often working with overseas advisers. Katherine’s clients include individuals, families, family offices and trustees.
Katherine provides tax structuring advice to settlors and beneficiaries of offshore trusts following the April 2025 tax changes.
Katherine is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
