Kate Smith

Kate is a Senior Associate, working in the private wealth team at Broadfield’s Southampton office. She works with a variety of clients, assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, and declarations of trust. She also plays a significant role in supporting the administration of estates, including those with a tax liability.

Kate is a member of the Law Society, Lifetime Lawyers, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She has been STEP qualified since 2013.
