Justine Waby is a highly experienced solicitor, with 28 years of experience working in a number of legal areas. Her expertise spans personal injury claims, medical negligence, and all aspects of new housing developments. As a member of the new homes team in the Broadfield property department, she currently assists a range of developer clients.
Her track record includes advising clients on a wide variety of claims including accidents at work, public liability cases, road traffic accidents and occupier’s liability. She has also advised on medical negligence including dental negligence and ophthalmic negligence, particularly relating to eye laser treatment. In her current role, she advises both large and small developers, with a particular focus on infrastructure agreements and set ups for new housing developments.
