Judith Marsden

Judith Marsden recently joined the litigation team, having completed her solicitor training. During her traineeship, she gained experience in a number of seats across the firm, including the corporate, litigation, family, charities, and pensions teams. On her seat in the litigation team, she assisted with a range of matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, public law, insolvency litigation, and professional regulatory matters.

Before joining the litigation team as a solicitor, her most recent seat was in the corporate team. Here she assisted with private company acquisitions and reorganisations, including the preparation of board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and other ancillary corporate documents.
