Jonathan Kropman is a highly experienced private wealth lawyer, with a unique background in corporate and commercial law, which evolved to family succession planning, particularly for family businesses, using trusts, family office structures and family shareholders agreements.

Jonathan advises on the creation and operation of Family Investment Companies. He has previously acted for offshore trust companies on governance projects, as well as for banks seeking to handle reputation management where their trusts work fell under the attack of the press and headed off many potential disclosures.
