Jessica Chadwick

Jessica is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Cambridge office, with experience of acting on both lease transactions and asset management transactions. She also regularly supports due diligence exercises, producing reports on titles and leases on large multi-property and multi-tenanted portfolio purchases.

Jessica’s clients include landlords, tenants, and institutions, and she has experience of acting on both sales and purchases. Her track record includes acting on the purchase of an £18.5 million industrial estate with finance for a FTSE listed company, and acting on the sale of various industrial estates subject to occupational leases. She also added to her experience while working on secondment at Historic England.

Jessica is a member of both the Law Society and the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce.
