Jennifer Chappell is Broadfield’s real estate and knowledge counsel, with responsibility for the knowledge management function across the real estate department. A commercial property transactional lawyer by background, she is dedicated to supporting practice development and value-added client-facing work.
Her role involves running regular training sessions for all members of the real estate team, covering both technical legal topics and procedural best practices. She also supports lawyers at all levels of experience, including providing mentoring, supervision, and development for qualified solicitors.
Jennifer is the author and editor of the popular Broadfield real estate blog. She is a member of the Law Society Property Section Committee, the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association (CRELA), and the Association of Property Support Lawyers.
