James Barnett is a Partner in our Southampton team, specialising in real estate, with a focus on commercial real estate matters. He has experience of working for a number of high-profile private landlords and property companies, as well as public sector clients, in high-stakes acquisitions.
He has a track record working successfully with a wide variety of clients. He acted on several aspects of the Battersea Power Station development, including title restructuring, lease variation, asset management work, and assisting with the £1.6 billion sale of Phase 2. James also acted for Surrey Heath Borough Council on the purchase of The Mall, Camberley.
James is a member of The Law Society.
