Jacqueline Dickinson is a Senior Associate in the litigation department in the firm’s Southampton office, where she advises on a wide variety of disputes, including contractual disputes, financial services, and property litigation claims. In particular, she has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of insurance disputes, including property damage and personal injury claims.
She has an impressive track record, including acting in a dispute in respect of the enforcement of a personal guarantee following the debtor company entering administration, advising and acting on behalf of an international client to recover sums owed to the client and/or recover goods, pursuant to an agreement entered into with the debtor company, and acting and advising in relation to a dispute brought for breach of the Consumer Rights Act.
Jacqueline is a member of the Law Society, the Chartered Insurance Institute, and the Southampton Property Association.
