Isabel Francis

Isabel Francis specialises in commercial real estate and is experienced in dealing with all aspects of leasehold transactions, acquisitions, disposals, property financing, and asset portfolio management.
She acts for both landlord and tenant clients, including institutional landlords, FTSE 100 companies, and charities, on new lettings, rent deposits, and licences. She also advises on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, property finance, and large portfolio transactions. Her previous experience includes acting for a large City livery company on their freehold portfolio management, and advising charities across multiple sectors on property leases, sales, acquisitions, and property management. Isabel is also experienced in dealing with secured lending to charities. She has acted for charities in relation to property financing, including secured grants, social investment, and programme related investment.

Isabel is a member of the Law Society.
