Isaac Creighton is a Solicitor in the employment team in Broadfield’s London office, working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. His experience includes defending claims in the employment tribunal, redundancy and employee consultation, transfers under TUPE and the application of government support schemes for employers.
Isaac’s expertise also extends to assistance with drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, staff handbooks, policies and procedures. In addition, he provides advice on the employment aspects of due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
Isaac was highly commended in the Junior Lawyer’s Division essay competition, 2019.
