Hema Anand is head of the firm’s private real estate team. With over 23 years of experience advising on all aspects of high net worth residential property, she is valued by clients for her deep knowledge and reliable guidance.

She is experienced in high value residential conveyancing, addressing tax structure requirements, advising overseas and non-resident clients, dealing with the sale and purchase of all types of residential property, and managing investment portfolios. She recently completed the refinance of 332 properties – the largest portfolio held by an individual.

Hema is a member of the Law Society and has received several awards for her enfranchisement expertise. Chambers HNW says in the leasehold and enfranchisement space she “really knows what she is doing.” She was the residential expert for City AM newspaper for three years, and regularly comments on residential property issues in The Times, Sunday Times, The Financial Times, and The Law Society Gazette.
