With 30 years of experience, Helen D’Monte manages a number of large family trusts and grant giving charities. Her role includes dealing with investment managers and property agents for both her trust and charity clients, drafting investment policies, and assisting them to comply with regulations including FATCA, CRS, and LEI. Helen also deals with inheritance tax returns.
She has a varied role when managing grant making charities. In addition to dealing with prospective beneficiaries, she drafts grant deeds, discusses and drafts grant making policies, and policies that might be required, and administers grant making.
Helen is a member of the Law Society, and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
