Hamish leads Broadfield’s trust management team, as well as managing his own large and diverse portfolio of trusts. His expert knowledge of UK tax compliance enables him to offer advice on all relevant taxes affecting UK resident trusts. He also handles the day to day management of trust assets, with a particular focus on trustee investing.
As well as working with a broad range of UK trustees, he also advises a number of offshore trustees where they have UK resident beneficiaries.
Hamish is a member of both the Law Society and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
