About
Farah Desai is a Solicitor in Broadfield’s planning, infrastructure and public law department, with a particular interest in environmental law.
During her solicitor training at Broadfield, Farah widened her experience on two client secondments. In 2019, she joined the Ministry of Defence as a paralegal to the Iraq Fatality Investigations team, where she worked for over two years. Her second secondment came in 2023, when she became a member of the legal team at the Tony Blair Institute, working on a variety of commercial matters.
Farah is a member of both the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
