Emma Wilson is an Associate in the firm’s real estate team, specialising in residential property. She has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential real estate law and practice, gained in a number of UK firms. Her work includes acting for private individuals, charitable clients, commercial clients, trusts, mortgage lenders, and developers.
Her extensive experience includes assisting with the purchase of a £2.5 million unregistered property, with extensive land and additional buildings. This involved dealing with the surrender and re-grant of a leasehold property, in order to amend the extent of the garden included with each flat in the building.
Emma always aims to provide a high-quality, client-focused service by identifying the client’s goals and doing everything possible to achieve them. Clients value her approach which one described as “professional, warm, and friendly.” She is a member of the Law Society.
