Emily is an Associate in the Private Equity & Funds Team, specialising in all aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, the private equity investment life cycle (including private company buyouts, buy and build strategy and institutional exists), company restructures and general company law matters. Emily has extensive experience closely supporting and acting for institutional investors, founders and management teams, with a particular focus on tech enabled businesses.
