Elliot Wills is currently in his fourth trainee seat in the corporate team. Previously, during his time with the litigation team, he assisted with a range of matters relating to professional negligence, commercial litigation, and property litigation.
He has also gained experience in the firm’s restructuring and insolvency team, assisting with contentious insolvency matters relating to Companies Act and Insolvency Act breaches, corporate advisory, and personal bankruptcy. In his other trainee seat, he sat in the international and private wealth team. Here, he worked on a wide range of domestic and international estate and trust administrations, as well as assisting with onshore and offshore tax advice and succession planning.
Elliot studied LLB Law at the University of Leeds.
