Elliot Wills is a member of Broadfield’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in commercial disputes, property litigation, and professional negligence. Elliot’s experience includes advising on the life cycle of claims, from the pre-action stage through to trial, and including ADR (in particular, mediation).
Elliot qualified at Broadfield after completing seats in Contentious Restructuring and Insolvency, Litigation, Corporate, and Private Wealth and Tax. Prior to joining Broadfield, Elliot gained experience as a paralegal in Debt Capital Markets and Securitisation at an international firm in London.
Elliot is a member of The Law Society.
