Dominic Flynn is a Consultant in the firm’s private wealth team, where he advises both UK and international clients on estate and succession planning, with a strong emphasis on philanthropy and trusts. His work often involves acting for different generations of the same families in navigating succession and asset protection.
Dominic advises a number of charities and he is also a trustee of several charities with a focus on the arts, including grant givers and service providers. His track record includes securing IHT relief for the works of art of a well-known artist, acting in a landmark decision regarding setting aside a deed for mistake, and rapidly establishing a national disaster charity.
Dominic is a member of both the Law Society and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
