David Crease works across both the corporate and commercial departments, specialising in all aspects of transactional corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings. His experience includes advising on corporate advisory and governance matters at all stages of the business life cycle, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, share buybacks, and capital reductions. He is also experienced in commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
David has assisted clients of all sizes with a variety of commercial agreements, from bespoke service and framework agreements to website/mobile application terms and conditions. His clients range from corporate buyers to individual sellers, and he has acted on a number of transactions in excess of £5 million.
During his training contract David gained broad experience in company-related matters through seats in the corporate, commercial, employment, and commercial real estate teams. He is a member of the Law Society.
