Dan Jamfrey

Dan Jamfrey works across a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity. His experience spans all stages of the private equity investment life cycle (including private company buyouts, buy and build strategies and institutional exits), company restructures and general corporate governance. He has hands-on experience in deal management, due diligence and completion mechanics, and regularly supports institutional investors, management teams, founders and portfolio companies across these transactions.

Having passed SQE 1 on his first attempt, Dan is currently studying towards SQE 2 alongside his full-time role in the team. He is committed to developing his expertise in private equity and corporate law to further assist Broadfield’s clients and actively engages in professional networking throughout the Thames Valley region.
