Daisy Fulton

Daisy Fulton is an Associate in the commercial team, providing advice to both business and charity clients. She has extensive experience in commercial contracts, drafting and advising on contracts such as agreements for the supply of goods and/or services including procurement and tender documents, confidentiality agreements, and website terms and conditions. She is also experienced in drafting bespoke agreements for new and unusual commercial arrangements. In addition, Daisy advises on intellectual property contracts such as licencing agreements, and she has a broad knowledge of data protection law, which includes assessing clients’ GDPR compliance, data processing agreements, and advising on all data protection policies.

Her previous experience includes working in the legal department of a well-known retail company. Here, she managed multiple contracts across a range of jurisdictions and sectors, including sport, fashion, and media.

Daisy is a member of the Law Society.
