Constantinos Pappas focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience includes advising clients on leveraged buyouts, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, growth equity investments, add-on acquisitions, de-SPAC transactions, and venture capital investments. He is valued for his practical judgment, focus on commercial objectives, and steady leadership in complex, competitive, and time-sensitive transactions.
Before joining Broadfield, Constantinos practiced in the Private Equity Group of Goodwin Procter LLP in New York. He previously practiced in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, respectively.
Constantinos received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu, Jesuit Honor Society. He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Economics from New York University. During law school, he interned for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and served as a research assistant for corporate reorganizations and a legal writing teaching assistant.
