About

Claire Atkins is a Partner in our Southampton team and has a wealth of experience advising both public and private sector clients on all aspects of non-contentious construction law including:

▪ All aspects of the drafting, negotiating and completing the documentation for all the major forms of procurement, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds and insurance issues; and

▪ The investigation and audit of construction documentation and due diligence on the construction issues concerning agreements for lease, development agreements, funding agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, property purchases and forward funding transactions.

Her experience includes acting for owners on the development of numerous hotel sites, advising investment funds on redevelopment works across their portfolios and acting for developer clients on the redevelopment, letting, sale and funding of their properties.

Claire is a member of the Law Society.
