Cindy Chaplin has been managing family trusts and overseeing the administration of estates for more than 30 years, including applying for Grants of Probate. She is recognised for her ability to prepare trust and estate accounts and tax returns, IHT calculations, and IHT returns. She is also experienced in accounting for charities.
Cindy works closely with both trustees and beneficiaries, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of matters. Her past experience includes acting for a group of family trusts selling their interest in a high profile family hotel, acting for a family trust renovating farm buildings to diversify, and acting for a group of family trusts in selling a large Scottish woodland.
Cindy is a member of the Law Society, the London Institute of Banking & Finance (formerly the Chartered Institute of Bankers), and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
