Christopher Lee is an experienced litigator who has spent his career building expertise in a wide range of contentious property matters. Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience advising on litigation risk, as well as handling disputes around the built environment, with particular expertise in insolvency, residential property, construction, and project finance.
Christopher has used this holistic knowledge base to work with a diverse group of clients including funds, institutional landlords, and lenders, with a particular focus on multi-class asset management and property development. He also has significant experience representing corporate tenants across many sectors including retail, logistics, tech, telecoms, financial, and hospitality, as well as family offices and private individuals with personal disputes. A particular niche for Chris is advising on rights to light matters.
Chris is a member of the Law Society, the Property Litigation Association, and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
