Chris advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious issues. His experience includes advising and representing clients in bringing and defending Employment Tribunal claims, and assisting clients with the ACAS Early Conciliation process.
His work also covers advising on and drafting a variety of employment-related documentation. He has experience of drafting settlement agreements, contracts of employment, restrictive covenants, and staff handbooks. In addition, he provides advice on employment due diligence in asset and share purchases, as well as on TUPE transfers.
Chris has been described by The Legal 500 as “an outstanding associate.” He is a member of both the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
