Chris Cuckney is an experienced solicitor advising clients across a range of sectors on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
He has extensive litigation experience in both bringing and defending complex Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal claims, including advocating in preliminary and final merits hearings in Employment Tribunals. His non-contentious work includes advising on employment matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, carrying out employment due diligence, and supporting public, private and third sector clients on all aspects of TUPE transfers.
Chris has experience in advising clients on all aspects of the supply of agency workers and limited company contractors, including advising on IR35 and TUPE transfers in complex supply chain models. He also advises clients on day-to-day staffing issues, as well as on wider strategic and long-term business projects.
Chris is a member of both the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
