She has also developed her expertise in handling redundancy and restructuring processes, and negotiating terminations of employment.
Charlotte broadened her knowledge and experience on a six-month secondment to ExxonMobil, where she worked in the UK legal team advising commercial, employment, and data privacy stakeholders on a range of matters. Here, she contributed significantly to contract reviews, commercial drafting, and employment and GDPR matters.
