Catherine Johnson has considerable experience in advising on Parliamentary processes following many years working as a Legislative and Legal Adviser in the House of Lords, including working with peers to scrutinise and advise on Bills in Parliament and drafting amendments to legislation.

Catherine is part of the Planning and Infrastructure team, advising on public law, draft legislation and procedures under the Planning Act 2008, related compulsory purchase law and compensation, and other planning matters.

Catherine is a member of JUSTICE.
