Caroline Yarrow is an exceptionally experienced employment lawyer, providing legal, practical, and strategic support to both corporate and individual clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Her expertise extends to litigating numerous cases in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, and she has particular experience in discrimination and whistleblowing claims for both claimants and respondents. She also advises individual clients on all their employment needs, including non-contentious issues such as contracts of employment, consultancy arrangements, and employment policies and procedures.

She advises extensively on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) and the Cabinet Office Statement of Practice on Staff Transfers in the public sector. She has also worked with various clients on outsourced central government contracts, particularly in the field of employment related services.

Caroline is a member of the Law Society, the Employment Lawyers Association, and the Charity Law Association.
