About

Brian Gegg is a Partner in our employment team, and the head of department for Broadfield’s business services group, which encompasses the employment, corporate, commercial, and charities teams. His specialist expertise lies in providing HR support across a range of industries, particularly property, transport, and IT. He regularly advises on board level strategic issues, large scale business restructuring, and transfer matters that involve complex Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) issues and, increasingly, cross-border elements.

Brian is an acknowledged expert in employment law, and a regular speaker at seminars and training events. He is also the author of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Employment Good Practice Guide and the RIBA Model Students’ employment contract.

Brian is a member of both the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
