Bhaminee Sharma is an experienced Partner who deals with all aspects of commercial property sales and acquisitions, with a particular focus on hotels and restaurants. She also advises on landlord and tenant matters, including estate management for a number of clients with substantial property holdings.
She works closely with the Broadfield corporate team, advising on the real estate elements of corporate transactions. Her experience in this area includes property reporting for AIM listings, and carrying out property due diligence on share sale transactions and business sales and acquisitions. Her track record includes acting on the real estate aspects of a corporate sale in excess of £60 million involving over 70 properties, advising on the £28 million refinance of 2 hotels, and acting on the acquisition of 30 properties for a major fast-food franchisee as part of business acquisition from administrators.
