Anisha is an Associate in the Private Equity & Funds Team. Anisha specialises in all aspects of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, company restructures and general company law matters. Anisha supports institutional investors, management teams, founders and portfolio companies. Her work includes acting on a number of transactions with a strong focus on tech enabled businesses and experience in transactions with a cross-border element.
Anisha has extensive experience in advising portfolio companies in buy and build projects and expertise in all stages of the private equity investment life cycle (including private company buyouts, buy and build strategy and institutional exists).
Anisha actively engages in professional networking throughout the Thames Valley region and maintains a strong professional presence.
