Andy Couch has a practice focused on both construction and property disputes. His work is often connected to the construction of a scheme authorised by an enactment such as a transport and works act order (TWAO) or a development consent order (DCO).

Andy’s expertise extends to advising on disputes arising from the contamination of land or water bodies. His advice on procurement disputes is also valued by a range of clients.

Andy is a member of the Law Society, the Compulsory Purchase Association, the Property Litigation Association, and the Society of Construction Law.
