Andrew Smith is a highly experienced real estate lawyer, with wide commercial property expertise, including acquisitions and disposals, investment, regeneration, and development. He specialises in the real estate aspects of major infrastructure projects.
Andrew’s recent experience includes advising renewable energy developers on the acquisition of land rights for multiple solar farms, advising on the real estate aspects of the recently opened Northumberland Line railway, including compulsory purchase elements, advising on real estate aspects of works affecting the strategic road network, acting on multi-million pound disposal for development of former research centre for major energy company.
Andrew is also Chair of the Culture Mile Business Improvement District in the City of London. He is also a member of the Law Society.
