Ami Bhatt

Ami Bhatt is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, private equity and angel investments, pre-pack acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters. Ami has advised on both sales to and purchases from the EOTs.

Ami regularly advises entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses, preparing them for a disposal and advising on the disposal of their businesses. She advises shareholders and management teams on partial or full exit and accepting investment from private equity and corporates looking to scale up with buy and build strategy. Ami also works with some industry-leading mid-market private equity houses on their investments and advises their portfolio companies and has experience working with venture capitals and angel investors.
