Amelia Tew

Amelia Tew is a Solicitor in the commercial property team, providing commercial real estate advice to a variety of clients including asset managers, commercial landlords and tenants, and charities. She has acted on a range of transactions, including landlord and tenant lettings, disposals, acquisitions, and refinances.

Amelia’s track record includes acting for lenders on finances and refinances of high-value leasehold and freehold London residential properties, and carrying out detailed property due diligence, including in relation to the construction elements of a transaction. Amelia has also acted for borrowers looking to secure charges over commercial premises, and she has contributed to property development work, including assisting with solar farm developments and a large-scale energy infrastructure project.
