Alexia Elassadi is a member of Broadfield’s commercial team advising both businesses and charities on a variety of commercial contract, intellectual property (IP) and data protection issues.
She has experience of drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts on behalf of clients, including a software development agreement, master services agreements, website terms and conditions, referral agreements, confidentiality agreements and commissioning agreements. She also advises on trade mark, copyright, and design issues, which includes providing branding advice, negotiating the treatment of IP rights in contracts, and contentious matters. Her expertise in data protection involves conducting audits to assess clients’ compliance with GDPR, as well as drafting privacy policies, data retention policies, IT security policies, data processing agreements, and other key documents.
Alexia is a member of the Law Society.
